How I approach it

Video at a small nonprofit is a supporting player, and I treated it that way. Awards acceptance speeches, podcast recordings, and asynchronous webinar presentations, produced in-house and edited in Adobe Premiere. It’s not the deepest part of my stack and I won’t oversell it, but I’m comfortable with the process.

The video podcast. "How to Build a Culture Nurses Don't Want to Leave", a full episode recorded and edited for release alongside the audio the audio show.
