Visual identity, conference creative, and the daily stream of social and email graphics. InDesign, Photoshop, Canva.
7 years, in-house
How I approach it
In-house design at a small nonprofit is more about consistency than anything else: a recognizable look one person can produce on a daily cadence, with no agency and no real budget. I created the branding guidelines for ACNL, the creative direction for each Annual Conference, and the steady output of social and email graphics that kept the brand present week to week.
None of it was made to win awards, and I won’t pretend I’m a brilliant graphic designer. It was made to lift the organization’s visual identity from clip art and flyers made in Microsoft Word to something professional and recognizable.
